High Point Outdoor Lighting installs JellyFish permanent LED lighting on homes across Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Valley and Council Bluffs. Most residential projects fall between $3,900 and $9,200 installed. The estimator on this page gives you a realistic planning range based on how much roofline you want lit and how tall the home is.
We offer three spacing tiers, and every one includes the JellyFish controller, color-matched track, individually addressable LEDs, professional installation and app setup. Essential is 16-inch spacing, Signature is 9-inch spacing and is our most popular, and Premier is 6-inch spacing. Pricing runs about $20 per linear foot for Essential, $24 for Signature and $30 for Premier, plus a $650 controller. A typical medium home with 160 to 280 feet of roofline lands at $3,920 to $6,370 for Essential, $4,570 to $7,510 for Signature, or $5,530 to $9,180 for Premier. Two-story homes add about $2.09 per foot for the extra lift and labor.
