High Point Outdoor Lighting installs JellyFish permanent LED lighting on homes across Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Valley and Council Bluffs. Most residential projects fall between $4,970 and $11,010 installed. The estimator on this page gives you a realistic range in under a minute based on home size or measured roofline footage.
We offer three spacing tiers, and every one includes the JellyFish controller, color-matched track, individually addressable LEDs, professional installation and app setup. Essential is 16-inch spacing at about $27 per linear foot. Signature is 9-inch spacing at about $31 per foot and is our most popular. Premier is 6-inch spacing at about $37 per foot. A typical medium home with 160 to 280 feet of roofline lands at $4,970 to $8,210 for Essential, $5,610 to $9,330 for Signature, or $6,570 to $11,010 for Premier. Two-story homes add roughly 15 percent for lift and labor.
Financing through Enhancify starts around $138 a month on a 36-month 0% APR promotion for qualified buyers, with terms from 1 to 12 years and a 60-second soft-pull application that does not affect your credit score.
How our quoting works: request an exact quote, we measure your roofline (usually from aerial imagery first, then verified on site), and you receive one clear written proposal within a business day. No pressure and no obligation. If you want to see it first, we bring a working JellyFish display to your driveway so you can compare spacing and colors on your own home at night.
Every system carries the 5-year JellyFish parts warranty plus our labor warranty, runs from one app with sunset-on and sunrise-off scheduling, and doubles as security lighting, holiday lighting and game-day lighting. High Point Outdoor Lighting is veteran-owned, an authorized JellyFish Lighting dealer, and the lighting division of High Point Roofing NE.
